Questions we get
When do the PRO plans launch?
We're collecting sign-ups and will email you once PRO spaces are ready. We're not giving a date yet — signing up costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. For every purchase we issue a VAT invoice with the details you provide at checkout. Payments go live together with the PRO plans — for now we're collecting sign-ups.
Can I buy a space as a private individual?
Yes. A space doesn't require a company or a tax number. If you buy privately, you'll get an invoice made out to you as an individual.
Where do you keep our data? How do you use AI?
We keep data on servers in Poland. We use only local or open-source European AI models (such as Bielik), following a privacy-first, zero-data-retention approach.
How do I invite my team?
You create a space, set up rooms and send invitations. Whoever joins creates a Devana account or signs in to their own — and pays nothing themselves.
How do PRO plans differ from the free space for communities?
Higher limits, business features and an interface designed for efficient team communication. The full comparison, feature by feature, is in the pricing table above.
How is Devana different from Slack or Microsoft Teams?
The billing model. Other tools charge for every active user, so the bill grows with each additional person. With us you pick a plan that fits the size of your team and pay for the space. On top of that, your data stays in Europe.
We already have a free space. Can it be moved to PRO?
Yes. Only the plan changes — rooms, history and people stay where they are.
